Aside from my personal blog (schmult.com), I’m interested & passionate about a lot of things that I constantly keep up to date. I would like to share with you my findings on:
Social media, tech news, fashion, consulting, music, marketing/advertising, gadgets, video blogging, photography, creativity, positivity, entrepreneurship, movies, and more.
I’d love to hear from you schmult{at}gmail.com
Just like my previous post about the Ford ad, I’m quiet shocked about the luxury car manufacture BMW to do this ad. However German culture is a little different than ours too.
This is probably the sexiest Ford advertisement that I have ever seen. I’m actually kind of shocked, however in the ad you don’t know what kind of car it is. Great job Ford.
As you can see this is kind of funny but gross. Plus you know this isn’t an ad that would be ok in the United States. Hence this ad is taken place in Belgium.
A lot of people think sex sells in advertising however, there are some studies that show that it always doesn’t pay off. Usually men are more focused toward the advertisement, but don’t remember the product. Women usually pull away from the ad.
Recently I have found a series of ads that clearly use sex to sell the product. However, in these ads, there is a little humor in each one.
For an example, just read the this ad from Diesel Jeans.
The next few days I will be posting each advertisement that I have found.
Derren Brown - Subliminal Advertising video from Youtube is awesome.
In the video he shows how much we are effected by our enivorment of what we are exposed to in order to make creative ideas.
Even big advertising executives are effected by it and people even without all the education & advertising experience can think just as well as them.
So does that mean people with all the experience and education should be hired before someone that keeps an open creative mind and always looking for something new?
